Devara Movie Analysis:
If the story is told based on an imaginary area... first of all that world should be built well. Audien should be taken to that world. After that, any kind of emotion will grow there. Movies like Baahubali and Salaar are good examples of this. But.., Koratala Shiva could not do such magic in Devara. Ratnagiri, there are four hills.. Some people do not know fear, God, who instills fear in them. It's messed up. This made the first 15 minutes of the movie very heavy. If not.. some special sequences in the movie are a big strength of Devara.
Koratala was very successful in first-off story narration. Who is Devara? What is Devara's background? Why did he change? He showed very interesting things like The speed of the story has increased since the change in Devara's character. For some strong scenes here.. Tarak's top-range acting has carried the emotion well. From here, the pre-interval, and interval block are over, and the action scenes are done well.
And after the second half starts, the comedy angle will start in Devara. Especially Tarak's acting in the role of Vara was impressive. But.. the second half feels a bit laggy compared to the first off. Although the action block in the pre-climax is well done, the climax is not very impressive, which has turned into a minus for the movie. As this climax resembles Baahubali 1, the level of Devara is reduced. Otherwise, along with Tarak's acting, Jhanvi's glamor and action sequences saved the movie in the second off.
Actors Performance, Technical Department:
Junior NTR's performance is the biggest plus of Devara movie. He also acted in two roles, Devara and Vara. And in those 2 roles, he showed variations in his own style. The director gave more importance to Jhanvi Kapoor's beauty. As long as she was there, she seemed to be fine. And Saif Ali Khan acted in competition with Tarak.
Actors like Prakash Raj, Kalayarasan, Shane Cham Taco, Srikanth, Shruti Marathi, Murali Sharma, and Abhimanyu Singh have impressed with their range of roles. The technical team should talk about Anirudh first. The background score was appreciated. The cinematography is also good. Build values are good. Koratala seemed okay as a director too. If not, it would have been better to pay more attention to the story.
Pluses:
Tarak
Jhanvi is beautiful
Interval action sequence
Anirudh Music
Cons:
Slow narration
Second off
Climax twist
